Can I Purchase Online?

Yes!  We offer a convenient, secure online shopping cart program powered by EmartCart.  Payments are processed through PayPal.  You DO NOT need to be a member of PayPal or create an account to complete your transaction.  Simply follow the instructions on the screen to continue processing your order without a PayPal account.

Can I Provide My Credit Card Information Over The Phone?

Although we previously offered this service, we have discontinued this process for security reasons and to reduce our overhead costs.  If you would like to place a custom order or are not sure on the price of an item, please contact us and we can provide you with a PayPal invoice to pay online easily and securely.

When Will My Order Ship?

All in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days after completion of order.  As Beaderz is a home-based business, we do not always ship every day although we make every effort to do so.  If you are in need of an item quickly, please email or call us to discuss your particular needs.

If you ordered a custom beaded lanyard, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for completion.  If you are in a hurry to obtain your custom order, please specify the preferred shipping date in your instructions for your custom beaded lanyard.   We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Beaderz will send you an anticipated shipping date for all wholesale orders once we have evaluated your order quantities.

How Much Is Shipping?

We currently offer free shipping on all US domestic shipping orders over $45. The shipping method will be USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation for our free shipping promotion.  For all other shipping methods, the shipping method will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart based on the method and zip code of shipment you select.  Please refer to the USPS or UPS websites for transit times to your area from shipping zip code 84044.

Does Beaderz Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipments at this time due to the varied costs and custom requirements.  We apologize for this inconvenience.

Do I Need A Resale License To Buy Wholesale?

No!  We will happily offer wholesale pricing to anyone, no questions asked.

Why Isn't My Wholesale Order Calculated Properly In The Shopping Cart?

Due to limitations in our shopping cart program, we cannot calculate discounts if you mix and match styles for a wholesale order.  However, please call or email us directly with your order and we will send you a PayPal invoice for you to issue payment online securely and easily.

If you are ordering wholesale orders for one style of beaded lanyard through the "Design Your Own Lanyard", the shopping cart will automatically calculate your wholesale discount.

What Is The Refund Policy?

We will gladly replace or refund your purchase within 14 days of purchase (excluding shipping). Returns between 14 days and 30 days will be issued a store credit (excluding shipping). No returns will be allowed after 30 days. Simply send your item(s) back to us and state the reason for return and if you would like an exchange or refund. If an exchange is preferred, be sure to include your mailing address along with appropriate payment for shipping costs. If your return is due to a flaw in the design and you would like an exchange or repair, the return shipping charge will be waived.

Do Gift Certificates Have A Service Fee Or Expire ?

No! We will never charge a service fee for our gift certificates.  Our gift certificates are tracked electronically with eMartCart and do not expire.

Yes!  You can download our current catalog below.  Please feel free to pass this along to your friends, family and co-workers.  Why don't you collect orders from everyone and take advantage of our amazing wholesale pricing!
