Beaderz began officially in May, 2000, as a home-based business owned by Tania Steinbruegge and licensed in Salt Lake County, Utah.  Like most obsessed beaders, I began Beaderz when I realized spending too much time and money on beads for myself and friends. Since then, I have committed myself to continuously improve my techniques, product offering, and ease of use for customers' online ordering experience. Customer satisfaction is my primary focus.

In 2010 I decided to focus exclusively on beaded lanyards, although I still enjoy handcrafting beadwork using all types of beads and techniques.  Each beaded lanyard is handcrafted to ensure Beaderz' excellence in creativity and workmanship.

I often employ local beadwork artists or assistants to help with large orders or to accommodate quick turnaround times. In the end, each piece is either handcrafted personally by me or is inspected by me to achieve the high quality standards at Beaderz.
